Delivery and Returns

SunCity Motorcycles offers Australia wide free shipping on all orders over $100. There are NO catches, NO fine print, NO surcharges, NO exclusions. Just good old fashioned FREE freight. We ship everywhere in Australia, if Australia Post go there, we ship there!

We use Australia Post E-parcel for most of our shipping and TOLL, for bulky items.

We endeavour to get you your products as soon as possible to ensure your experience with us is nothing but awesome. We appreciate your business and will always do our very best to get you your product as quick as we can.

Delivery times vary around Australia, if you would like an estimated delivery time we recommend you use the Australia Post Delivery Time Calculator. Our suburb/postcode is Townsville QLD 4814

 

Considerations

  1. Weekends don’t count. All lead times are in business days and exclude public holidays.
  2. If you order after 2pm, orders will be processed the following business day.
  3. Dispatch is based on items leaving our Townsville warehouse.
  4. Items that are in stock are subject to SAME DAY dispatch.
  5. We are human; sometimes items will be out of stock. If this is an issue, we will always ensure we fix this for you at no extra cost or inconvenience

Returns and Refunds on Defective / Faulty Items 

PROCESS FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS ON DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached (unless faulty). Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or your return may not be accepted (unless faulty)

(a) When seeking a return on a product, please contact us via clothes@suncityhd.com.au

  •  Once contacted we will investigate your issues and advise you whether your product may be returned and, where required, provide you with a Return Authorisation and instructions on how to return your goods, with which you must comply. We will not accept the return of a product without approval from our Customer Service Team. The product must be returned within 30 Calendar Days from the approved date, all returns and any issues involved will be resolved by Sun City Online within 5 business days.

(b) Once an item is returned we will either inspect your goods and investigate any claimed defect or, where we believe it is applicable, provide a remedy in relation to your goods. If we do not believe a remedy is applicable upon inspecting your goods (for example, where we believe the goods have been misused, or there was a failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, used it in an abnormal way or there has been a failure to take reasonable care), we will reject your claim and return your goods to you. You must cover the cost of return shipping in order to receive goods we have rejected on inspection, and we will provide you with instructions on how to make this payment, if your product is found to be defective or you have mistakenly been sent the wrong product and require a refund, all postage cost will be covered along with the original purchase price will be refunded by Sun City Online

(c) Refunds will be issued using the payment method used for purchase. Store credits will be issued to the account used to purchase the goods.

(d) We will process refunds and replacements within 5 business days of receipt by us of the original product.

NOTE: If you placed your order with free freight, your money will be refunded minus the initial freight cost incurred by Suncity. This freight cost will be calculated fairly, using the Australia Post freight calculator. Before sending your items back, please contact us and we can advise of the freight amount to be deducted from the refund. The buyer is also responsible for organising (and paying for) the freight of the return.

We understand that it is difficult to obtain correct sizing online, and we are here to help. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please email clothes@suncityhd.com.au. We cannot promise a full / partial refund, so please take your time when choosing. If you are unsure about sizing requirements, feel free to talk too us and we can assist.

Return postage cost will be the purchasers responsibility and if a refund issued it will be less the original postage cost.

If you change your mind, original and return postage cost will be the purchasers responsibility, your refund will be less these costs.
