SunCity Yamaha offers Australia wide free shipping on all orders over $100. There are NO catches, NO fine print, NO surcharges, NO exclusions. Just good old fashioned FREE freight. We ship everywhere in Australia, if Australia Post go there, we ship there!
We use Australia Post E-parcel for most of our shipping and pack and send or Fastways, on occasion, for bulky items.
We endeavour to get you your products as soon as possible to ensure your experience with us is nothing but awesome. We appreciate your business and will always do our very best to get you your product as quick as we can.

The SunCity EXPRESS service provides the FASTEST possible freight method to just about ANYWHERE in Australia. SunCity Express reaches more locations and is the cheapest option when you need to get your order FAST.
Considering the immense size of our great country, there will always be some remote locations which delivery drivers just cannot reach overnight but rest assured we get it there as quick as humanly possible.
As this service is designed to get your order to your door without delay, this method is strictly an “Authority to leave” request. If you are not home at the time the delivery reaches your address, the driver will simply leave your parcel conveniently at the location so keep your eyes peeled for your order as it is your responsibility to collect your order once it has left the courier’s possession!
SunCity Yamaha will not accept accountability for ANY lost, damaged, stolen or pet destroyed orders. If you this service, make sure you are ready because your order will get to you FAST! The SunCity Express service runs from Monday - Friday every week but not on weekends or public holidays. All orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday are dispatched on the SAME DAY!!
- Weekends don’t count. All lead times are in business days and exclude public holidays.
- If you order after 2pm, orders will be processed the following business day.
- Dispatch is based on items leaving our Townsville warehouse.
- Items that are in stock are subject to SAME DAY dispatch.
- We are human; sometimes items will be out of stock. If this is an issue, we will always ensure we fix this for you at no extra cost!!inconvenience
Returns and Refunds
PROCESS FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS ON DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
(a) When seeking a return on a product, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org
- Once contacted we will investigate your issues and advise you whether your product may be returned and, where required, provide you with a Return Authorisation and instructions on how to return your goods, with which you must comply. We will not accept the return of a product without approval from our Customer Service Team. The product must be returned within 30 Calendar Days from the approved date, all returns and any issues involved will be resolved by Sun City Online within 5 business days.
(b) Once an item is returned we will either inspect your goods and investigate any claimed defect or, where we believe it is applicable, provide a remedy in relation to your goods. If we do not believe a remedy is applicable upon inspecting your goods (for example, where we believe the goods have been misused, or there was a failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, used it in an abnormal way or there has been a failure to take reasonable care), we will reject your claim and return your goods to you. You must cover the cost of return shipping in order to receive goods we have rejected on inspection, and we will provide you with instructions on how to make this payment, if your product is found to be defective or you have mistakenly been sent the wrong product and require a refund, all postage cost will be covered along with the original purchase price will be refunded by Sun City Online
(c) Refunds will be issued using the payment method used for purchase. Store credits will be issued to the account used to purchase the goods.
(d) We will process refunds and replacements within 5 business days of receipt by us of the original product.
